Warranty
LazBlinds shades are covered against manufacturing defects — spring mechanisms that lose tension, rails that separate, fabric seams that fail under normal indoor use — for one year from delivery.
The warranty does not cover damage from outdoor installation, moisture saturation (bathrooms without ventilation are hard on any shade), trimming errors on the roller, or a frame surface that could not hold tension in the first place.
To make a claim, email [email protected] with your order number, a photo of the issue, and the window measurements. Claims on recent orders are usually simplest to resolve directly through the retail partner's return system, and we will point you the right way if so.
